Studies are like water bodies, it evaporates when boiled
If you do not know an answer today,do not yell.."I DO NOT KNOW ANY THING"
Instead yell yell yell........................."I KNOW A LOT..IT'S JUST ONE ANSWER I DO NOT RECALL"

If you love a subject ONE DESIRES TO STUDY
If you do not like a subject, JUST DECIDE TO STUDY
Remember the maxim just before exams....I WILL STUDY AS MUCH AS I CAN
Pack your bags the previous night with the Hall Ticket
Sleep Early
Eat well,and have fruit juices if appetite is less
Avoid phone calls from curious relatives
Read as much as you can,Avoid revising every line a day before
No last minute revision while going to the exam hall
No last minute discussions about the subject
Do not think about the entire syllabus , focus on the page
Wear light cotton clothes with a couple of pockets, avoid fancy clothes or blazers
Stay away from Social Networking sites
Wish your friends profusely, it will relax you
Avoid very anxious friends
Avoid sermonizing to your children just before exams
Do not carry chits, books,mobile to the exam hall
Do not chase leaked question papers or V Imp questions
Do not meet or talk to too many teachers before the exams
Travel early to the hall and avoid driving or cycling on your own
Pray if you feel and ask God to help you enjoy the exams
Breath deep and slow for a few minutes just before the exams
Take a break for a few seconds after every answer
Begin by answering the best question and do not read the entire question paper
Do not try to communicate with any one in the class while the papers are on
If you go blank, take deep breaths and be quiet for some time, the answer will pop up
Move to the next answer in case of difficulty with the one in hand
Check the answer paper once it is over
Do not discuss the answer paper once it is over
No postmortem of the paper with parents or teachers
Focus on the next after going home
Do not plan for the post exams party while the exams are on
No excessive coffee or tea for staying awake
Scan what you know, read what you know less and skip a little that you find tough
Do not watch excessive T.V during exams
Drink enough water and have fruits and vegetables
While studying avoid calling friends except during the ten minute breaks after every 45 mins of studying.
During breaks avoid touching the remote of the T.V
Eat at home and avoid outside food from restaurants
Share your feelings with loved ones whom you trust
Have a bath and twice regularly if you can
When tense exercise, listen to music or do relaxation exercises
When the page does not turn move on to the next
Do not smoke, consume alcohol or intoxicants
Be in touch with friends, boyfriend or girl friend if it helps you
Crack jokes with parents, siblings to lighten the mood
While having lunch or dinner with parents, avoid discussions about studies
Ask parents to maintain the temperature of the house.No angry outbursts that increases the temperature.
Sit next to the child if it helps while studying, stay away if it harms
Play for at 30 minutes during exams with your hands and legs , not fingers. Avoid play that can cause injuries
Use a mosquito net and tackle flies and mosquitoes to avoid dengue and malaria.
Do not bother about prospective colleges or careers
Do not have long afternoon naps and sleep continuously for 7 hours
If a paper is difficult share the pain with friends, favorite teachers or relatives ..................If sleepless, irritable, sad, scared, feel worthless, want to run away from the house see a counselor immediately
